There is no payment required just to submit a request. We confirm the applicable service fee before proceeding, and payment is collected after the requested service has been completed.
Important: Restaurant deposits, hotel charges, cancellation fees, admission fees, and other third-party charges are not included in our service fee unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
We are an independent reservation and concierge service. A reservation is only confirmed when the restaurant or provider confirms it.
The applicable service fee is confirmed before we proceed. There is no fee simply for sending a request.
Restaurant and hotel policies, including deposits, cancellation fees, no-show charges, and minimum-spend requirements, remain the provider's responsibility.

Requests are handled directly through WhatsApp. Please send the restaurant or hotel name, preferred date and time, number of guests, your name, and any preferences.
